Wonderful does not collect the Gift Aid funds themselves, however we do collect Gift Aid declarations and pass these on to charities so that they can claim it from HMRC. Further details on  how to claim Gift Aid can be found here

The process for reclaiming Gift Aid through HMRC is straightforward but there are a number of third party providers who will help you to do so if you prefer. One such is the MyGiving.Online service provided by Data Developments who have been serving the church and charity sector since 1985. Claims are submitted directly to the HMRC on your charity’s behalf. This is not a free service and is not provided by us, but if you would like further information please visit MyGiving.Online.

We offer Gift Aid on every single donation made via our platform. Gift Aid data is included in the monthly donation statements which we provide charities on the 1st of each month. These detail all donations a charity has received across all of its pages in the previous calendar month. To download a donation statement, simply log into your Charity Administrator account , select "MY ACCOUNT" from in the top right corner of the page and then select "My charities" from the drop down menu. Then you just need to click 'View statements' and select which month's statement you wish to download. Please ensure that you have disabled any pop-up blockers to allow the CSV donation statements to download. Please note, statements will not appear until the 1st of the following month that your charity receives its first donation. Statements are not generated for any months in which your charity does not receive any donations.
